KOBEE’S Lip Balm contains all-natural ingredients, is cruelty-free, hand-made, and most importantly, is completely compostable. We want whoever is supporting KOBEE’S to understand that they are making a difference for the environment. We research and support other organizations that work to protect this planet, giving them a percentage of KOBEE’S sales. Ingredients:
At Kobee's we are not only worried about the environment but also making sure we use the best ingredients guaranteed to make your skin feel smooth and hydrated. We use no chemicals or preservatives. We believe only things natural should be going into your body even if that decreases the shelf life our of products. We use four simple ingredients to make the creamy balm you know and love.
Beeswax: A natural emulsifier in cosmetics, used to bind many types of lip balms and lotions.
Coconut Oil: Coconut oil packed with fatty acid and collagen helps keep skin hydrated, and healthy. Also with its anti-inflammatory properties its a natural healer for chapped lips, improving overall skin integrity.
Sunflower Seed Oil: This oil is packed with Vitamin A and E which promotes healthy skin. These Vitamins also act as antioxidants which help regenerate damaged cells.
Mango Butter: Adds the smoothness and soothing properties you feel in every Kobee's Lip balm. This magical ingredient adds anti inflammatory and antioxidants to the already great balm.
No PLASTIC
At Kobee's one the main things we notice is all the trash everywhere. Literally everywhere. I started this company as a freshman at Loyola Chicago. Living in a big city definitely has its perks, but one of the downsides I constantly saw was the amount of trash that was everywhere. Even a relatively clean looking building, street or park would always have some sort of trash hiding.
Due to this we have made our products out of plastic free materials and strive to keep our impact on the environment as low as possible. Our lip balms tubes made out of biodegradable cardboard are the perfect and easy start living a more sustainable lifestyle. We know that basically everything on earth is made out of plastic, so it can be hard to know where to start on your sustainable journey. With one small switch to Kobee's balm you are already making a difference. One balm is all it takes.
