Our Promise

At KOBEES, we stand behind our products. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right - whether that's a refund or replacement.

What We Cover

We'll refund or replace your order if:

  • Your balm arrived damaged, opened, or defective
  • The texture or quality isn't right. You personally not liking the product is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
  • You received the wrong product
  • Anything else genuinely went wrong with your order (within reason). As the customer, you are responsible for reviewing your cart in full before purchasing to ensure it's accurate.

How It Works

  1. Reach out to us at email@kobeesco.com with your order number, a quick photo, and a description of the issue.
  2. We'll process your refund or send a replacement - Your choice!
  3. Keep or Responsibly Dispose of Your Product(s) - Since we're committed to sustainability and our packaging is compostable and recyclable, we encourage you to compost or recycle both the product and packaging at home rather than shipping it back. This saves shipping emissions, you from paying for a return label and a trip to the post office, and it keeps things simple for everyone.

Even better, if it's a product you didn't order or we sent the wrong one, we encourage you to use it or gift it to someone else! When disposing, think of the 3 R's + the hidden 4th R.

Timeline

While we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we're not rigid about this. If you discover a legitimate issue after 30 days, reach out - we'll work with you to find a solution.
