Shipping Methods and Rates
Free shipping on orders over $40
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping and processing.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
We currently do not ship internationally, we are working on adding that in, but at this time we do not offer it.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Reporting other Problems
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
