Shipping Methods and Rates

Free shipping on orders over $50

Our processing time before an order ships is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and major holidays. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping after processing.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses. 

 

International Orders

We currently offer shipping to Canada in addition to the United States. 

 

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an automated email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional automated email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Order Cancellation 

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Reporting Other Problems 

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have another concern, please email us at email@kobeesco.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos or screenshots you may have of the issue. 

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

 

Returned Packages & Address Errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or an address change request that could not be processed before shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. A reship fee will be invoiced before the order is resent. KOBEES is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors entered at the time of purchase.
