There seems to be a widespread shipping and tracking glitch affecting many Shopify stores, including ours.

Many customers are receiving automated tracking and/ or delivery confirmation emails that show their newly placed order was delivered to an unrelated location and shipped from a different location than our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. 


This appears to be an issue on Shopify's and USPS's end, as recycled tracking numbers are being assigned to new customers and new orders without first clearing or overwriting the prior customer or their package's shipping history. 

This seems to be causing your new, unshipped order label to incorrectly show as "Delivered" (or in transit) to a completely different address and from a past date.

This status is just a placeholder. Once USPS receives your package and physically scans it, the old data is overwritten in their system, and your tracking will update with your current shipment's information and progress.

We have been advised to please allow 24-48 hours after we hand over your order to USPS for them to process a fresh scan of your order. We have been told that Shopify is aware of this glitch and is actively working on a fix.
