I want to purchase multiple Mystery Boxes. Will they each have the same stuff inside?

Short Answer: No

Although they might have similar contents inside, every box is different! Thats the great thing about the mystery to unfold– no two boxes are the same!

What's the difference between the different boxes? Will I get more expensive items in the costlier boxes?

We don't want to say that size matters... but in this case, it kind of does. The bigger the box, the more products we're able to fit inside– that's just math!

Each box contains a curated assortment of mysteries waiting to be opened. The large box doesn't necessarily mean it will be packed with more expensive items than the small box; it just means we're able to fit more KOBEE'S goodness into it! The small box just means you'll get fewer products, and a new mystery product is NOT guaranteed.

Rest assured, all boxes are filled with full-sized KOBEE'S goodness!

While we're not going to spoil the mystery of what your box will contain, to get an idea of the number of items you'll receive:

Small Mystery Box: 8 Products, Potential Mystery Product
Medium Mystery Box: 11 Products, Mystery Product Guaranteed!
Large Mystery Box: 15 Products, 2 Mystery Products Guaranteed!

I saw someone else got "X" in their Mystery Box, but I didn't get that item in my box!

If you really want a particular item, we suggest you purchase that item directly. The contents in our Mystery Boxes may vary between boxes. It's meant to be a surprise and no specific product type(s) are guaranteed in any Mystery Box tier.

We strive to ensure that the retail value of the items included in each box exceeds what you have paid for the box. The trade-off, obviously, is that you don't get to choose the contents of the box.

I don't like what I got. Can I return or exchange a product or the box itself?

Short answer: No.

No substitutions, changes, or swaps of any kind will be permitted.

In all seriousness, we work hard to include a variety of popular items in each Mystery Box. We're certain you'll be pleased with our choices. However, due to the pre-packed nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Remember, surprises are fun!

If there is a flavor, scent, or product you don't like or can't use due to allergies or sensitivities, we recommend sharing the products you don't want. KOBEE'S products make the perfect little gifts for your loved ones!

The box I received is smaller than the one pictured!

A smaller box doesn’t mean it’s inexpensive– we pack each box to take up the least amount of extra space in shipping to reduce waste.

Our goal is to pack a variety of items that appeal to a wide range of consumers into each and every box.

Remember, good things come in small packages!

Can you tell me how many items will be inside the box?
